Hi team, I am a regular customer of your hair oil past 6 months. This time I ordered 1L oil combo which is having burnt smell. Previously I bought 100ml and 200ml bottles which had pleasant auroma when open the bottle. This time when opening bottle I get burnt smell like theencha vasanai. So kept the oil as it is. Is it possible to replace the oil now. Kindly let me know. Used only one time.

Actually I was placed a order through website my amt was debited but order was not placed it's my fat order but I was contacted the customer support they immediately texted me by NXT day mor they confirmed the order placed along with order ID. Also, the very NXT day I was received my order tooo.
