Shipping & Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation (Before Processing): If a cancellation request is received before the order is processed or approved, the order will be cancelled, and an 80% refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellation or Return (After Dispatch): A 50% deduction will be applied to cancellations or returns of orders that have already left the shipping warehouse.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders will include a shipping charge, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the event of damage, we require an unboxing video of the received order to validate any claims. This helps us resolve issues promptly and offer an appropriate solution.
5. Return Eligibility Period: Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. After inspection if its a valid reason, the return will be accepted.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened personal care products (like hair oils, serums, etc.) are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
7. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery: If the order is undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. A reshipping fee will apply.
9. Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
